Exceptions

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain exceptions:

  • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants, cannot be returned.
  • Custom products or personalized items are non-returnable.
  • Personal care goods, such as beauty products, cannot be returned.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to initiate a return and then make a separate purchase for the desired item. This ensures a smooth and efficient process.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply to these returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
